We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to act as the engineering powerhouse behind our customer-facing platform.

You will lead the implementation and evolution of Kubernetes as a Service (KaaS) and Managed Data Services at massive scale.

What You Will Do

- Design and implement high-availability Kubernetes as a Service (KaaS) and Managed Data Platforms (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Redis) for integral enterprise clients.
- Deploy production-grade operators (e.g., Cloud NativePG, Crunchy Data, Zalando, Percona, Strimzi).
- Own day-to-day SRE practices, high availability, backup architectures (pg Back Rest, Sentinel), disaster recovery, and connection pooling.
- Build robust multi-tenant security including mTLS, automated credential rotation, IAM integration, parameter baselines, and vulnerability management.





What We Are Looking For

- Proven track record in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, or SRE within large-scale cloud environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Open Shift
- Solid foundation in Linux internals, networking, DNS, PKI, load balancing, and cloud storage (Cinder, Manila, S3-compatible).

Bonus if you have experience in

- Git Ops & Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD, Flux, or Crossplane.
- Observability Stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Loki, or Open Telemetry.
