Location * 100% Remote within Spain * Applicants must be current residents of Spain Your Role As Verification Team Lead, you will: * Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers. * Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs. * Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure. * Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams. * Review verification environments, methodologies, and coverage metrics. * Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth. ✅ What Were Looking For * Proven experience leading verification teams. * Strong expertise in System





Verilog and UVM. * Extensive experience with SoC Verification. * Solid understanding of Low Power verification (UPF/CPF or equivalent). * Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies. * Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
