About the Role

In this role, as Operational Excellence Lead, you will play a critical role in transforming the operational model within Swiss Re's Credit & Surety (C&S;) Line of Business. You will focus on enabling the implementation of operational model changes, by structuring, planning and leading cross-functional projects from start to completion. This all will result in lifting operational efficiency, process effectiveness, technology uptake, business growth and compliance,



and ultimately contribute to our strategic business targets. Your expertise in the Credit line of business will be key to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving sustainable change.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with our internal stakeholders across the Credit business value chain to understand their business needs and challenges

Analyzing and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational units, processes and tools and propose solutions (e.g., workflows, AI-enablement)

Managing the delivery of initiatives from conceptualization to implementation with a strong focus on process improvements and IT applications as an enabler

Analyse data and metrics to monitor the performance of implemented changes and ensure sustainable improvements

Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on operational best practices within
