In this role, you support the EU CF Process Paths by driving process standardization and continuous improvement across the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. You will travel to BIC sites to capture best practices and validate standards, influencing stakeholders to achieve network-wide process excellence. Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
