MBA) preferred. - 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product technology in a technology‑based organization. - Proven ability to influence and work with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams across geographies and time zones. - Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development. - Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred. - Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - High level of fluency in English.
