About this Role
The Platform Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, governance, optimisation, and support of the Highspot platform. The role ensures users can access the right content, training, and guidance at the right time while maintaining platform integrity, content governance and compliance.
Working closely with Content Owners, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Learning functions, markets, and business stakeholders, the Platform Specialist acts as the operational owner of the platform, driving an excellent user experience and ensuring the platform remains the trusted source of truth for sales enablement.What you’ll do
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
User Management

Administer and maintain the sales enablement platform, including a user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and permissions, while ensuring data security and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
Troubleshoot access and permission issues.
Support licence management and utilisation tracking.

Content Governance

Maintain content standards, metadata, taxonomy,



and tagging structures.
Archive outdated content and support content lifecycle management.
Ensure alignment with governance policies and naming conventions.
Utilise reporting and data analytics to monitor and improve content health and discoverability.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related enquiries.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, learning functions and local and market stakeholders.
