Smadex is seeking a Data Science Lead to manage a team of 3-5 data analysts focused on analyzing large programmatic advertising datasets.
Responsibilities
- leading the team
- prioritizing analytical requests
- analyzing RTB data
- creating automated BI frameworks
- ensuring data quality
- collaborating with product and engineering teams
- driving automated reporting strategies
Requirements
- a technical degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years in data analysis or BI roles in digital advertising
- 3+ years leading data teams
- expert SQL skills
- proficiency in Python or R
- strong communication skills
The role is full-time, hybrid with 2 days remote per week, located in Barcelona. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
