We'relooking for someone who can be the voice of Radio within our development teams.Your role will be to bring your expert RAN knowledge so that the applicationswe build for our clients — many of them based on Machine Learning andArtificial Intelligence — make real sense from a network point of view: whichparameters matter, how nodes behave, what an operator actually needs tooptimise their network.

You won't be working on a single project, but acrossseveral teams, supporting different multidisciplinary groups that aredeveloping solutions for clients, making sure the Radio perspective is presentfrom design through to delivery.

Requirements

- +7 years experience as a RAN Engineer, with strong knowledgeof 4G/5G network optimisation, parameters and nodes.

- Ability to translate Radio knowledge into clear requirementsand criteria for development teams, working closely with technical and productprofiles.

- Experience with Ericsson and/or Nokia analysis procedureswill be a plus.





- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plus,to be able to communicate comfortably with development teams, although this isnot the main focus of the role.
