Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end customer service operations for renewals administration, support agreements,



and warranty management (post-sales services) across the EMEA region. - Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to prepare, validate, and deliver accurate quotes and contract renewals to customers. - Process customer purchase orders (POs) within agreed SLAs, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Monitor and control the complete order lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, issue resolution, and closure. - Handle customer and internal queries related to contracts, renewals, invoicing, and warranty administration, ensuring clear and effective communication. - Maintain and ensure accuracy of warranty data (start/end dates) and contract information within systems. - Act as a key interface between customers, sales, service centers, and finance/collections teams to deliver seamless service. - Proactively resolve complex customer issues using sound judgment, established
