We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support the effective day‑to‑day running of the agency's operational functions. Acting as a key link between Client Services, Finance, Operations,



and People teams, this role will ensure projects, systems, and business processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
This is a full‑time 6‑month fixed term contract (FTC).
Project & Commercial Operations
- Coordinate project setup and job creation in collaboration with Client Services and Project Finance teams.
- Ensure project information, budgets, timelines, and billing details are accurately maintained within internal systems.
- Support Client Services and Finance teams with project administration and workflow management.
- Maintain project pipeline reporting and assist with revenue forecasting activities.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports and support regular project review processes.
- Track project status and ensure key milestones and operational requirements are completed on time.
