Support Social Media Managers with content coordination, publishing workflows and social-first execution across campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives and cultural conversations. Draft social copy and assist with content building across formats including short-form video, carousels, Stories and real-time content. Support community management and audience engagement while helping maintain THE•TEAM’s voice, tone and editorial standards. Monitor trends, conversations and emerging platform behaviors to identify culturally relevant opportunities and content inspiration. Conduct social listening across sports, entertainment, media and culture landscapes. Assist with content organization,



asset management and internal workflow coordination across teams and stakeholders. Support real-time social coverage during events, launches, campaigns and major company moments when needed. Assist with reporting, performance tracking and gathering insights to support future content optimization. Collaborate closely with social, creative and communications teams to support broader marketing and storytelling initiatives. Support onsite content capture and social execution for select shoots, productions and events when needed. Requirements 1-3+ years of agency-side, brand or creator-focused social media experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture and evolving social best practices Familiarity with native platform analytics and social management tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms preferred Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with s
