We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join Travelgate in Palma de Mallorca. About Travelgate Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Travelgate is the integral network for hotel distribution, connecting more than 1,000 Buyers and Sellers through a unified API platform. We provide the infrastructure behind hotel connectivity, helping travel companies reduce integration complexity, improve operational reliability, and access hotel inventory at scale through seamless, high-performance distribution. Since 2024, Travelgate has been part of Travelsoft Group, a leading travel SaaS company operating in 90 countries through twelve brands, driving innovation across the travel industry. Billing & Invoicing: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating, posting, and distributing invoices. Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer accounts, manage collections, and accurately allocate payments. Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and customer account reconciliations. Problem Solving:



Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, irregularities, and customer billing inquiries. Maintain organized, up-to-date accounts receivable files and adhere to established procedures for processing receipts. What You Bring Education: training in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Accounting and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
