Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented to join the Customer Experience team as an Inflight Experience Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and improving the passenger experience during flights, including services such as Wi-Fi, Inflight Entertainment (IFE), catering, and coordination with suppliers and logistics teams.

The specialist will provide support primarily to the Customer Experience Delivery Manager and work closely with other teams such as Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and external suppliers, contributing to the definition, monitoring,



and optimization of processes that ensure a high-quality and consistent onboard experience for our passengers.
