Founded in 2003 in Lyon by Jérôme Salord , the company now employs around 450 people across offices in Lyon, Lille and Barcelona.
SantéVet offers a range of practical yet comprehensive pet health insurance plans , renewed annually and covering illness, accidents, and preventive care . In France, these services are provided through three complementary brands: SantéVet, Bulle Bleue, and Jim & Joe .

Your Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
⭐ Acquire new customers independently via phone , working with qualified leads and selling pet health insurance to pet owners. Through professional and friendly advice, you will continuously grow your customer base.
⭐ Communicate with qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat .
⭐ Prepare tailored insurance offers and follow them through to a successful closing.
⭐ Contribute to various internal projects within the team.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or phone-based sales/customer service role, with strong communication and customer handling skills.
✔ Fluent German (required). Good English skills are a plus.
