The successful candidate must be local to Cadiz as no relocation will be offered and must be both Spanish & English speaking to be consider. This position reports into the CEO in country and will lead on this project, there is a dotted line into Global H&S; Lead. The Health & Safety Lead will be responsible for Develop, implement and Lead an annual health & safety plan to establish strong KPI’s Ensure all H&S-related; policies,



procedures & regulations are adhered to and reviewed & updated regularly across the site Lead on accident/incident investigations and identify root-cause and implement improvement plans. xqbhyrx Site-focused, carrying out audits and inspections across the project Able to work autonomously and manage their own diary and workload. Promote Health & Safety initiatives Manage internal & external stakeholders, building strong working relationships The Health & Safety Lead will have 3 year + experience working in health & safety Degree qualified in health and safety is desirable but Certificate level considered Experience working in oil and gas, chemical, Petrochem or construction is a must Certification or strong working knowledge or ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards Ideally experience in emergency response planning Commutable to Cadiz or happy to stay locally 5 days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
