Recommend tailored experiences and attractions that match customers' interests. Support customers during disruptions, emergencies, or escalations in resort, providing calm, confident assistance when it matters most. Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call & messaging, delivering friendly and efficient support. Work as one team by supporting our Airport team on busy flight days to ensure a smooth start and end to customers’ journeys. Requirements Right to work documents: full right to work documents for Spain (DNI / NIE / TIE). Travel & accommodation: driver with access to your own motorised vehicle with appropriate insurance; operational travel expenses reimbursed; must be living in Ibiza.
