Reporting to the Head of Solutions Architecture, this role focuses on translating complex architectural designs into high-quality code. The position requires a "technical ownership" mindset, where the specialist is not just a developer, but a guardian of their modules, ensuring performance, security, and alignment with the overall business strategy. Agile Planning & Estimation : Provide precise and realistic effort estimations. Actively participate in project planning by translating functional requirements into an executable technical roadmap. Collaborative Synergy : Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen the internal technical culture and facilitate onboarding. Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Education : University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Ability to pivot technical focus based on business shifts without compromising code quality.
