~ Main Purpose of the Customer Development Manager
The Customer Development Manager will drive new business development and expand existing accounts across the businesses full product portfolio, including tyres, chemicals, and lubricants. This role requires a proactive, commercially focused approach to identifying opportunities, increasing share of wallet, and building long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and resellers.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Development Manager;




Promote and position the full product portfolio, clearly communicating value propositions tailored to each customer’s operations.
Proactively gather information about new contract opportunities, potential and the likelihood of conversion to the businesses represented brands, competition and knowledge sharing with internal contacts
Identify new business opportunities within new and existing accounts, and develop structured account plans that support growth, retention, long-term value creation, and increased customer share.
Work closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new commercial opportunities.
Own tender and contract opportunities, staying closely engaged with customers throughout the process to secure long-term agreements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, customer visits, and referrals.
