Job Responsibilities YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As a Store Manager, and part of the CELINE retail team, you will participate in the development of the brand in the local market.
This experience will enable you to have full ownership on your store and team. Monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends
Identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implements action plans to achieve commercial objectives
Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives
Translate the store objects into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets
Be the link between the Head Office and store
BRAND AMBASSADOR AND PROMOTER:




Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE
Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regularly, and internal requirements
Being transversal in the front of house and back of house, responsible of the stock and store planning
Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store
TALENT HUNTER, MANAGER & SKILLS DEVELOPER:
Review teams performance and potential to retain top talent, detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit
Masters/ Bachelors Degree EXPERIENCE: Position requires a minimum of 5 years in Retail Management in fashion or luxury sector or equivalent COMPETENCIES: Fluent in Spanish and English. PUERTO BANUS - MARBELLA
