The Position Job Description / Description of the Area We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst with experience in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) to support the delivery and continuous improvement of customer identity services. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring scalable, secure, and user‑centric CIAM solutions. This role combines business analysis, technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support in a complex enterprise environment. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis and Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer identity, registration, authentication, consent, profile management, and access journeys.



Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Challenge and refine requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and business value. Support design discussions by bringing process, customer journey, and business context. Ensure requirements are traceable through delivery, testing, and implementation. Participate in release planning, change activities, and deployment readiness. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration Engage with business, security, legal, compliance, digital, and IT stakeholders across multiple functions. Governance, Risk, and Compliance Support Align with privacy and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and related frameworks. Contribute to control documentation and evidence gathering where required.
