The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to optimise investment,



generate actionable recommendations, and support client growth. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimise paid social strategies across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, traffic, and conversion. Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and other relevant channels. Translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently to maximise results. Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients. Monitor KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and proactively improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation.
