You'll help resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For - Native or near-native Dutch (at leastC1 preferred). - Fluent English. - Excellent written communication skills. - Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required. - A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
