What you will work on Running discovery: client calls, hypothesis validation, and market insight, to always understand the why before the what Owning and nurturing a healthy, insight-driven backlog with clear prioritisation Writing sharp, well-structured PRDs and making product decisions with confidence Being an active participant in scrum ceremonies and staying close to the development process Defining and tracking OKRs for your product area, outcome over output Documenting new features and training internal teams when shipping Communicating product updates clearly across the company The setup You will be based in our Barcelona office, close to clients from day one: joining calls, gathering insights, and bringing the voice of the customer into everything you build. Internally,
