Act as a strategic bridge between markets and International marketing teams to enable execution excellence. Essential Requirements: Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 15 years of multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions. Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams. Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation.
