We are seeking a motivated Danish-speaking Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and help drive expansion into Danish-language markets from the southern Spain backdrop. Responsibilities Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in Danish-speaking markets; develop leads, build relationships with clients, and help expand the customer base. Manage communications with clients and partners in Danish (and English when required), delivering high-quality support and business proposals. Collaborate with internal teams — sales, marketing, and operations — to coordinate outreach strategies, align offers with market needs, and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports on market development,



and use data to suggest improvements and growth strategies. Contribute to shaping business-development processes and strategies to open new markets, optimize conversions, and support long-term growth. Qualifications Native or fluent Danish (C1+); strong written and spoken communication. Good command of English is beneficial. Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or similar roles, preferably interacting with international clients. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, organisational ability, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. Ability to work independently, manage leads, follow-ups, and client relations with professionalism and attention to detail.
