As a Senior SQL Server DBA at Talan, you ensure the stability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise database platforms. You will act as a technical reference for database operations and collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and engineering teams. You’ll lead data lifecycle management, backup/recovery, and security, while contributing to data architectures and governance. This role combines ongoing improvements with project work to evolve a critical SQL Server estate and support a transformation mindset. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Administer, monitor, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments across the enterprise estate • Define and promote database standards, governance, and best practices • Contribute to data architectures, data integration, schema development, and performance considerations • Install, configure, patch, and manage SQL Server and related products • Own and improve backup,
