This role supports the French Finance team by assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and basic analysis. The position is based in Madrid and contributes to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and helping the business maintain financial visibility and control. Job Duties Assist the Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, supporting activities such as the preparation and posting of journal entries within the defined framework. Assist in preparing basic financial reports and analysis for the French Finance team Help maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Support monitoring of expenses and assist in tracking indirect spend Prepare data and supporting files for forecasting and budgeting activities Assist in following up on outstanding items (e.g. accruals, invoices) Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance team and business stakeholders Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct financial processing (e.g. purchasing, sales,
