We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to manage the risk and control environment for our Core Payments team. You’ll partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to proactively identify and mitigate business risks while strengthening controls.
Up to shape what's next in finance? Partnering with Core Payments leadership to identify, assess, and proactively manage business and operational risks
Designing, implementing, and continuously improving risk controls, governance frameworks, and monitoring processes
Challenging existing processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending practical improvements that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk
Collaborating closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure risks are understood and effectively managed




Supporting strategic projects involving payment schemes, banking partners, central banks, and clearing systems
7+ years of experience in business risk management, operational risk, enterprise risk, or a similar risk-focused role within financial services, fintech, or banking
~ A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying risks early and implementing preventative controls
~ Demonstrated ownership and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, general environment
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders
~ Expertise in designing, implementing, or improving risk frameworks, controls, and governance processes

Experience within payments, banking operations, or financial infrastructure
Knowledge of payment schemes, such as SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, ACH, or other domestic/international payment
