You will be responsible for the Delivery Channel of our customers (aka Heroes in theRest) while supporting them with any other solution they might need. - Implement best-in-class delivery strategies, optimize operational workflows, and improve overall restaurant performance. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and track progress towards achieving client goals. - Design and implement standardized processes and best practices to streamline delivery operations and enhance customer satisfaction. - We are a hands-on startup, and we look for people who enjoy building and executing. - You are motivated by having real impact on the product and the company. - You bring energy, ownership, and a positive attitude to the team.



Qualifications - Proven Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-performance consulting or tech environment preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality, or on-demand delivery sectors. - Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results on time and within budget. - Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly analytical and data-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel is essential. - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Fluency in Spanish is required.
