As Associate Director, TPM Lead at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you will drive the general deployment of TPM within the One OE framework to raise equipment reliability and performance. You will shape TPM standards, governance and capability-building across the manufacturing network, partnering with cross-functional leaders. You will lead the TPM roadmap, enable training and coaching, and serve as the global subject-matter expert across TPM pillars.
