We are seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team comprising Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and Design professionals. The idóneo candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a successful history in software development. Key responsibilities include driving team performance, managing project timelines, proposing and prioritising backlog tasks for future sprints, maintaining high code quality standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure technical initiatives align seamlessly with business objectives.
Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software projects
Ensure the quality, efficiency and scalability of the codebase
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
Develop new features and maintain current production deployments




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Extensive software development experience
Expertise in multiple programming languages, with a strong emphasis on Python
Experience in cloud computing, specifically with the AWS ecosystem
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Experience with Data Platforms, ETLs, and Data Science
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Spain: hybrid 2-3 days in office

London: hybrid 2-3 days in office
