Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive the technical delivery of our integrated solutions.
You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technology, breaking down complex planning needs into clear, actionable workstreams. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and experience with enterprise planning platforms—ideally similar to Board.
Break down complex IBP use cases into structured development workstreams
Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality,



scalable solutions
Take ownership of the technical delivery and output quality of the development team
Validate end‑to‑end workflows, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance

Workforce & Strategic Planning
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in enterprise software or planning solutions
~ Strong experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP; or related domains
~ Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
~ Experience working with planning platforms (e.g., Board, Anaplan, SAP IBP, Oracle, or similar)
~ Solid understanding of data models, workflows, and system design within planning solutions
~ Experience working in Agile development environments
~ Experience with Board platform or similar multidimensional planning technologies
