We're hiring a Senior Director of Product Design to lead the design of the platform and design system that every Dow Jones B2B product is built on: Factiva, Risk & Compliance, Geopolitical Risk, and NewsWires.
You’ll lead a team of designers that work with product and engineering to deliver our Dow Jones Platform, and report to the VP of Product Design for B2B. Set the navigation, data, and interaction patterns every product inherits — and decide when to hold the line and when to give product teams room to override.
Lead a senior team. 15+ years of product design experience with 7+ years in senior leadership, with a track record of leading teams of varying sizes. You don’t own org‑wide talent strategy in this role, but you’ll have real input into it and you’ll be trusted to build a small, senior team that punches above its weight.
