As a Senior Security Engineer in our Applications Identity and Access Management team, you'll be at the forefront of securing critical application-to-application interactions across our global operations.
The Applications IAM team secures application access and secrets across Swiss Re's technology landscape, including public cloud environments.
We are part of the CSO Product & Engineering unit, responsible for cybersecurity engineering, operations, governance, risk, and compliance.
We contribute to defining and implementing Swiss Re's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
In this role, you will directly improve the security of Swiss Re.




This role offers a adaptable hybrid setup, combining remote work with collaboration in our Madrid office.
You have a background in software engineer or DevSecOps and enjoy designing and building solutions, including writing code.
You have significant experience designing secure integrations across multi-cloud environments.
You want to have an impact by improving the security of your company.
ForSpainthebase salary range for this position is between EUR 60,000and EUR100,000 (for a full-time role). In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
