Authentication is shifting from static OTP delivery to adaptive, risk-aware orchestration. This role will lead that transition and define how Proximus Global competes in the next generation of trusted digital interactions.
Anticipate market shifts (passkeys, device-bound credentials, telco signals, AI-driven fraud) and define where we invest next.
Business and Roadmap Ownership: Own the business performance of the Verification & Authentication portfolio, including growth, margin, adoption, customer retention, and expansion. Technical Leadership: Partner with Engineering and Data Science to integrate risk signals, ML models, and adaptive authentication capabilities.
Provide clear narratives on risk posture, customer impact, and commercial tradeoffs.
Align Sales, Engineering, Fraud Ops, Legal, and GTM teams to deliver global, scalable solutions.
