Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high‑trust, high‑leverage role at the centre of strategy, execution, and scale. This person will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, helping Biorce make better decisions faster while increasing alignment and execution quality across the business.

Who We're Looking For A sharp, high‑ownership operator with a consulting, banking, or high‑growth startup background who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without losing rigour. Partner directly with the CEO on company‑critical strategic priorities, including growth strategy, U.Drive special projects end to end – from framing the problem and structuring the workstream to coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery
Build high‑quality analyses, business cases, and recommendation materials to support decisions on market expansion, partnerships, pricing, hiring, and resource allocation
Support company planning processes including annual planning, OKRs, KPI tracking, and executive reviews
Prepare materials for board meetings, investor discussions, and senior external meetings where strategic clarity and crisp communicatio
