This role will own the strategic direction and performance of paid marketing channels and user acquisition initiatives. You’ll manage millions of dollars in annual media investment, lead a large cross‑functional marketing organization, and take full ownership of P&L; performance. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, data‑driven execution, creative leadership, and business acumen — someone who can operate at both the macro and micro level to scale one of the fastest‑growing entertainment platforms in the world.
