This is a high-impact, cross-market leadership role focused on one thing: making every Lenskart store across 3,000+ locations and five continents look, feel, and sell like a single, unmistakable global brand. You will be the architect of how Lenskart shows up physically: the windows people stop for, the in-store journey that turns browsers into buyers, and the visual language that makes eyewear feel like fashion, not just a functional purchase.
Your mission is to build one coherent global visual identity that still feels locally right — from a flagship in Mumbai to a mall store in Bangkok to a strip-mall location in the US. You'll own the standards, the rollout machinery, and the on-the-ground execution quality that ties them all together.

Lenskart is a $1B+ revenue, vertically integrated eyewear company 3,000+ stores across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan, and the US, 40M+ customers, and a growing portfolio of brands (Lenskart, John Jacobs, Aqualens). As the store footprint keeps expanding into new markets,



visual merchandising stops being a "nice to have" and becomes one of the clearest ways customers experience the brand at all.

This role is based in Spain and owns visual merchandising strategy and execution across every Lenskart market globally.

? Core Mandate
1. Integral Visual Standards & Brand Language
Define and own the global VM guidelines window concepts, in-store zoning, fixture standards, signage, lighting, mannequin/display styling — that every store, in every market, builds from.
Evolve the visual identity for Lenskart and portfolio brands (John Jacobs, Aqualens) so each has a distinct but recognizably related presence.
Translate seasonal and category strategy (new collections, campaigns, launches) into visual concepts that work across formats flagship, mall, high street, and shop-in-shop.

2. Store Rollout & Execution at Scale
Own the VM playbook for new store openings and store refreshes/rebuilds a non-trivial operation at Lenskart's p
