The Information Lab, a leading company in Data Analytics and Data Visualization and in the implementation of corporate digitization strategies, is looking for an Intern CEO & Sales Operations to join a high-potential internship program, directly supporting the CEO / Head of Sales.

The intern will work alongside senior management in sales operations, process structuring, reporting, and operational coordination, with the aim of increasing the executive effectiveness of the Sales department and the CEO.

Main responsibilities

Supporting the structuring, formalization, and documentation of processes based on the CEO's instructions

Distributing and monitoring processes on behalf of the CEO

Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing KPIs from the front lines

Supporting the organization of the CEO/Head of Sales' agenda

Preparing reports, dashboards, and management presentations

Supporting the review of business opportunities together with Sales

Providing operational support in managing relationships with vendors and partners





Supervising office management and general secretarial activities

Learning and development

The internship offers:

Accelerated learning in governance, sales operations, and executive reporting

Daily contact with real business management and growth dynamics

Relationship with the CEO

Direct coordination with the CEO/Head of Sales

Requirements

Degree obtained or in progress from a top-level university or business school

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written communication skills

High reliability and confidentiality

Duration and prospects

Internship lasting approximately 6 months
