Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic. Good level of English (oral and written)
~16 months previous sales experience desirable; Solid CRM experience, able to navigate CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and support sales strategies
~ Business acumen: proficient business acumen, comfortable evaluating business performance and supporting decision‑making processes
~ Middle East Market Knowledge: general understanding of the diversity of the Middle East market and knowledge of cultural differences in the region
Middle East Communication Skills:
ability to communicate effectively with professionals from different Middle East countries and understanding the nuances of Arabic business communication
Familiarity with formal and informal communication styles in the region
Middle East Cultural Knowledge: multicultural sensitivity; ability to build trust relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds
Legal knowledge in the Middle East: understanding of data privacy regulations and familiarity with relevant business laws and regulations in the region
Process excellence: systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Critical thinking: evaluating information and arguments, leading to informed and effective decisions based on data insights
