C2 level of German with advanced English skills 20 months sales experience is preferred Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment Business Acumen: strong business acumen, capable of understanding complex business environments and making informed decisions Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and offering insights to support strategic decision-making Customer Focus: customer-driven and focused on providing a good customer
