What You'll Do
Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese
Assist customers with bookings and inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
What We're Looking For
Full professional fluency in Portuguese
Advanced English
Advanced Spanish
Customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential)
We're especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.

What We Offer
~€1,635 gross/month + €1.500 in a Sign Bonus
~39h/week contract
~3-month temporary contract (with possibility of extension)
~ Rotating shifts between 10:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun)
~2-month probation period
~ Start date: August 31, 2026
~ Fully paid on-site training
