The Role
We’re building our freelance catering operations network for Formula 1 Madrid 2026.

We’re looking for experienced freelance professionals to support the coordination and delivery of catering services across our hospitality venues during the event period in September 2026.

This is not a waiter/waitress or service staff position. We are looking for hands-on catering coordinators and operational support profiles who can help manage, coordinate and oversee catering services within assigned hospitality areas.

We are particularly interested in profiles with experience in:




Catering operations coordination
Management and coordination of catering services
Hospitality venue operations
On-site catering supervision and support
Coordination with catering suppliers and operational teams
VIP hospitality and large-scale events
Live event operations and logistics

Requirements:
Previous experience in catering service management, control and coordination
Currently based in Madrid
Self-employed (autónomo/a) and able to work on a freelance basis
Full availability from 6 to 14 September 2026
Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment
