We are looking for a warm, attentive, and detail-oriented Host / Hostess to join our team. Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience Provide personalised assistance throughout the guest stay Coordinate guest requests with different departments (restaurant, spa, activities, housekeeping) Manage schedules,



and daily planning Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of service at all times Maintain clear and effective communication within the team Support the organisation of special events and experiences Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations (luxury environment preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment Team player with a positive and proactive attitude Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus) Valid driving licence Preference will be given to candidates living in the Ronda area or within a reasonable commuting distance of La Donaira.
