Summary

We are seeking a Director of Tech Product Management for Content Enablement to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise content capabilities for Novartis International business teams. In this role, you will own the technology product direction for Content Enablement across the end-to-end content lifecycle, including content planning, authoring, MLR, DAM, distribution, integrations, data and analytics.

Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute a product strategy that enables scalable, compliant and customer-centric content capabilities, while ensuring delivery of measurable business value across international markets.
You will partner closely with Novartis International Content Enablement business teams, DDIT product teams, enterprise architecture, engineering, service management, data and analytics teams, and external technology vendors to shape the product roadmap and ensure solutions are aligned with business priorities, Novartis standards and regulatory requirements.
