As Payroll Specialist, you will take ownership of employee lifecycle administration and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing. Support onboarding, offboarding,



and employee benefits administration from end to end Coordinate joiner and leaver documentation and payroll inputs in partnership with external payroll providers, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders Administer employee benefits and adaptable compensation programmes, ensuring all payroll-related changes are communicated and processed accurately Prepare, validate, and maintain employee data, records, and documentation to support compliance with company policies and local legislation Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll administration Support daily payroll administration activities, including employee changes, settlements, and payroll reporting Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll efficiency, benefits administration, and employee experience OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED? 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a pay
