Start date: October1st,2026. Overview You will join the Inside Sales team that directly interacts with current and potential PTC clients. Throughout the internship you will receive coaching through seminars, workshops, one‑to‑one meetings, and internal projects. Key Responsibilities - Participate in lead generation activities (e.g., cold calling) to identify business prospects within the Software install base. - Follow up with customers to gather feedback on delivered services, ensure satisfaction, and propose pitch improvements. - Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to enhance product offerings, sales training, and marketing strategies. - Mediate customer conflicts, offer solutions, and maintain credibility while benefiting the client and the company.



Qualifications - Currently enrolled and degree‑educated; must have an internship agreement from a university. - Minimum 6‑month availability for the internship. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship‑building ability. - High energy, committed, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. - First experience in customer phone support, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus. - Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus. - Preferably already living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona soon.
