In this role you drive digital transformation programs for Google for Education in Spain, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption of education technology. You will set program direction, define roadmaps, and manage risks in a fast-changing, regulatory-aware environment. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and PD to deliver scalable impact for schools and public sector institutions. aligning with Education goals • Develop customized program methodologies and lead cross-functional partnerships to streamline workflows • Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional and government leaders to address deployment blockers, manage resources, and mitigate risks • Manage scaled adoption programs, local networks, and lighthouse initiatives to drive technology awareness and usage at scale • Track key program OKRs and synthesize customer insights to improve programs and inform product roadmaps Responsabilidades • Bachelor's xqbhyrx degree or equivalent practical experience • 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives • Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently Requisitos principales •
