Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 6 years of professional experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems using Java and Node.js (or similar server-side technologies)At least 2–3 years of recent, hands-on experience delivering AI-powered features or applications in production environmentsAt least 2 years of practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, or agentic workflows applied to real-world use casesAt least 2 years of experience designing, testing, and improving reliable AI-enabled systems, including handling model limitations, edge cases, and output qualityAt least 3 years of experience delivering end-to-end product features—from initial concept and prototyping through to production—within cross-functional engineering teamsIt would be great if you also have .
