Build, maintain, and scale backend services and their support tools
Work in an agile environment with a DevOps approach; teams build and maintain their own software,



including participating in on‑call rotations
Use AI tools to accelerate your development workflow, from writing and reviewing code to investigating production issues and helping the team adopt what works
Strong experience writing software in OOP languages (Kotlin, Java, Go, etc.) Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment focused on delivering production code at a regular cadence using Agile techniques, tools, and methodologies
Proficiency in English
Contributions to open source projects
Understanding of the value that build and test automation brings to development team efficiency and reliability, with passion for applying these techniques
Experience in technical mentorship and supporting colleagues' skill development
